September 2017 through April 2018 – Shadow Days
Student must register in advance; see website for information and online registration
November 19, 2017- Open House
December 2, 2017 – Placement Exam
Required for all incoming freshmen. Pre-registration is required- AND WILL OPEN SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 18
Arrival between 7:30-7:45 AM.
$25 Test Fee-cash or check made out to PCHS.
Students will receive a packet of material for their parent(s)/guardian(s) regarding financial aid and scholarships available at PCHS.
February 1, 2018 – Placement Exam Results
Notification of acceptance will be sent via U.S. Mail
February 5, 2018 – Financial Aid Applications Due to FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment
Scholarship Applications Due (postmarked)

This must be completed in its entirety by Noon, Sunday, February 25, 2018. Instructions will be provided on the Admissions page of our website.
As part of the online registration process, you will be required to upload your student’s certified, county birth certificate and make the $300 tuition deposit electronically.

February 26, 2018 – Scheduling Night for the Class of 2022
Times and procedures will be forthcoming.
It is imperative that you arrive for your session at the scheduled start time. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please plan on attending one of the other available sessions.
March 23, 2018 – Freshman Party 6:30 PM-9:00 PM
Freshman Party-invitations will be mailed to registered students only.
Proficiency Exams for Algebra, Spanish, French
May 5, 2018 – 8:30 AM
May 8, 2018 – 3:30 PM
Choose one date to take one or more exams. Each proficiency exam will last 1 hour. There is no cost to take proficiency exams, Calculators are allowed for the Algebra exam
May 31, 2018 – Dress Code
Must order by this date to ensure delivery before the new school year
June 4, 2018-June 21, 2018
Summer Studies Program
Parents and students will be notified in their scheduling packet if the Summer Studies course is required for acceptance.
June 13, 2018 – Freshman Family BBQ 5:30 PM-8:00 PM
