cor unum

Providence Catholic High School initiated the Cor Unum Award Dinner in 2004 to recognize individuals who have provided extraordinary service to Providence Catholic High School, or extraordinary service to the Church, the local community, or in recognition of accomplishments in one’s profession.

The award will be presented in the form of a medallion. The design encompasses the Kairos cross with the heart, flame and arrow of the Augustinian logo embossed over it. The motto, “Cor Unum” is Latin for one heart. On the reverse side of the medallion the inscription reads:  "One Heart in Ministry...in Mission...in Family."
