You have 3
minutes to present one poem
Have to submit
sign –up form
You have to
submit a copy of your poem at time
of sign-up
How will I be “judged”?
How
well
you perform

you use your voice:

clearly,
No
mispronunciations, speak loud enough to be
heard, make
eye contact
With the audience. Use
emotions! : make us feel what
the poem is about! Use
gestures and don’t be afraid to
move around!
