Current Awareness Assignment

Choose a current (within the last three months) event or situation in which injustice is present.  Describe the situation: who is involved?  why is there injustice?  Offer your opinion as to how this situation can be resolved.  Your description should be at least one page double-spaced.  Assignments will be due on Fridays as indicated below.  Grades for the assignment will be determined by the importance of the issue and the quality of your reflection.

1st Quarter

    #1 - September 5th;  #2 - September 12th; #3 - September 26th; #4 - October 3rd; #5 - October 17th

2nd Quarter

    #1 - October 31st; #2 - November 7th; #3 - November 21st; #4 - December 5th; #5 - December 12th
