families of PCHS Seniors
Every month we send a newsletter to the parents of our
seniors. The newsletter gives
important information that will help make your senior year easier.
You can find information on financial aid, upcoming college
representative visits, scholarships, and much more! If you’ve misplaced
your copy, you can easily look up the information in our archived
newsletters below.

The college
counselor meets with the entire senior class at the beginning of the
school year. The following
are handouts given to the seniors.

Procedures
This handout gives detailed information on the application process at
Providence. These rules are
to be followed by all students.

Tracking Slip
This form MUST accompany ALL transcript requests whether you apply
online or with a paper application.
Parent
Brag Sheet
This gives the parents a chance to brag about their student. We will use
this information to help us with writing personal letters of
recommendation.
Personal Information Sheet
We ask that the students give us information about themselves.
We will use this information to help us with writing personal
letters of recommendation. The
information is also used for scholarship purposes.
Transcript
Release Form
All students must have this form filled out before we send out their
official high school transcript.
(for current students only - graduates need to contact the school for
transcript requests).
Permission
to Release Credits
This form needs to be filled out and handed in to the Guidance
Department in order for Providence to send your final transcript to the
college that you will be attending (for current students only -
alumni need to contact the school for
transcript requests).
