Three Providence students were selected as College Board National Recognition Program awardees. Zinn Amos, Andrew Dau, and Isaac Sanchez earned recognition for academic achievements in school combined with outstanding performance on the PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, and/or AP Exams.

Over the summer, Providence Catholic senior Zinn Amos took a two-week trip to Hué, Vietnam. This trip, however, wasn’t your typical vacation; it was a medical trip for 17 to 19 year old students who have an interest in a career in medicine. Amos spent his time there as an intern at the Hué University of Medicine and Pharmacy.

Dr. John Harper, Principal of Providence Catholic High School, is pleased to announce the school’s Second Semester Honor Roll.  The honor roll includes two categories; first honors recipients must obtain a 3.51 – 4.00 G.P.A., whereas second honors students receive a 3.00 – 3.50 G.P.A.
