Institutional Advancement Office

Institutional Advancement is more than the implementation of fundraising programs to generate cash receipts. Institutional Advancement is relationship building; the annual fund, periodic capital campaigns, planned giving programs, and other fundraising projects help to build those relationships.

The purpose of the Providence Catholic Institutional Advancement Department is to market the school for image, enrollment and resources while educating its constituents in the mission of the school. It is the role of department personnel to continually provide constituents the opportunity to be involved in the school as stakeholders. Through involvement, relationships are developed and people understand and care, give their wisdom, share their resources, and enroll their children.
