Financial Aid

In recent years, PCHS has significantly increased the amount of financial aid available to our families in need. All Providence families are invited to apply for financial aid through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. The deadline is March 1 of the previous school year. All families who apply will be considered for the PCHS Student Need-based Aid. Only those families who are registered parishioners in the Joliet Diocese will be considered for Joliet Diocesan Aid.

If you would prefer to file on paper, you must submit a request to have FACTS application mailed to your home. Please download, print and complete this form and return it to the main office as soon as possible.

Summer Work Program
Students can work at Providence during the summer and earn money to be credited toward their tuition for the following year. Students currently receiving aid are encouraged to apply to this program.

Work-Study Program
This program assists students by providing lunch during the school year in return for working during their study period.
 

Need Based Aid Timeline

Emergency Need Based Aid Appeals are accepted year round.  Families can apply for emergency financial aid after experiencing job loss, catastrophic medical emergencies, etc. Please email Ed Barrett or call 815.717.3164 for more information.
