Physical Education Department
Physical education is an important part of the total educational process. Students will understand the lifelong importance of physical activities because Christian values, self-discipline, sportsmanship and teamwork will be learned through them. An understanding of good health will be reached through teaching the values of good nutrition, proper rest, fitness, and first-aid.
