Technology Office

PCHS has approximately 300 desktops and laptops throughout the building. All have Windows operating system,  Intel processors and DVD-RW drives. Our network provides individual storage space for each student. We have high-speed fiber optic connectivity to the Internet. Color and monochrome laser printers are located throughout the building.

These resources enable students to conduct research, collaborate electronically and produce multi-media presentations. Additionally, using new Web 2.0 technologies, students may participate in online simulations, experiments and online discussions.

PCHS subscribes to Edline to enhance parent-school communication. Each student and parent are provided with an individual Edline account.

Computer access is available in the Library before, during and after the school day. Library hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

The Technology Office is located off Computer Lab 1 and is open from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM each day that school is in session. Students are encouraged to stop by the Tech office for assistance with their network access, Edline, Turnitin.com, and any other tech issues that arise.
