Open House - 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

January 14, 2012
Placement Exam for all incoming freshmen

• Arrival between 7:30 AM and 7:45 AM
• $25 Test Fee: can be paid in cash or check made out to PCHS
• Complete test registration form in advance and bring with you. Form can be found here.
• Students will receive a packet of material for their parents/guardians regarding financial aid and scholarships available

February 15, 2012
Placement Exam results will be sent via U.S. Mail. Other important information will be included in this packet.

February 16-24, 2012
Online registration will be available and must be completed in its entirety by noon on Friday February 24, 2012. Instructions will be provided on the registration page of our school website.
Completing and submitting registration online and on time will make the registration process much smoother for you on February 27.  Any portion of the online registration form that is incomplete or missing will need to be finished before you will be allowed to finalize the scheduling process.

Kazma Family Foundation Scholarship applications are due to the Joliet Diocese. (Please do not send applications to PCHS.)

Scheduling Night for class of 2016

Students with last names A-G: 4:00 PM
Students with last names H-O: 6:00 PM
Students with last names P-Z: 8:00 PM

Please send us the following items in advance (optimal) or bring with you on scheduling night.  Having these sent in advance will make your registration experience much smoother and quicker. You also will have the option to upload the birth certificate as part of the registration form, and pay online when you submit the registration.

• $300 tuition deposit
• Copy of certified birth certificate
• Summer Studies information, if applicable

It is imperative that you arrive for your appointed scheduling session at the start time. If you are unable to attend your appointed session, please plan on attending one of the other available sessions.

Choose one date to take one or more exams
Each proficiency exam will last 1 hour
There is no fee
Calculators are not allowed for Algebra exam
