Go Green: Emails from PCHS

PCHS emails newsletters and other information to all parents. These emails include Principal's monthly newsletters, Quarter Progress Reports, letters from Guidance and more.

We want to make sure that you receive all information from us in a timely manner. Please read below and then do the following to ensure that you receive all e-mails from Providence Catholic:

For your information, there are two e-mail addresses that will send mass e-mails to PCHS families. They are:

1. email@blackboardconnect.com
   (from the Connect-Ed service)


2. noreply@providencecatholic.org
   (from our student information system)

Set your e-mail preferences: Be sure that you have set your e-mail preferences to allow e-mail from the addresses listed above. In other words, be sure to make both these e-mail addresses part of your "approved senders" list.

Check your junk/spam folders: If an e-mail from either of these two senders is sent to your Junk e-mail folder, change the setting to mark the e-mails as legitimate e-mail (not spam).

Provide us with your most current information: If you have not yet provided us with your e-mail address or if your e-mail address has changed, please complete the contact information form and return it to the PCHS Main Office at your earliest convenience.
