On January 27, 2025 we notified parents by email about our transition to a new Student Information System and Portal, called Blackbaud.  It will replace PlusPortal and Rediker.  You can read the complete announcement below.

Announcement Sent January 27, 2025

We are writing to inform you about an important change to our student information system that will affect both parents and students. Starting with the Course Requests for the 2025-26 school year, we will begin the transition to Blackbaud’s Education Management System (referred to as Blackbaud). This new system will replace PlusPortal and offer a comprehensive parent and student portal.

Through the Blackbaud portal, parents will be able to access student grades, attendance, discipline records, school news, resources and more.

Key Timeline and Next Steps:

  • Account Creation Emails: Later this week, parents and students will receive an invitation email from Blackbaud. This email will include a link to create your Blackbaud account.
  • Course Requests for 2025-26: As a first step in the transition, students will begin using Blackbaud for course requests starting next week.  Parents will use Blackbaud to approve their students’ course requests. (The course request timeline is available on our website.)

Action Steps:

  • Parents: Please create your Blackbaud account as soon as you receive the email. You will need your account to approve your student’s course requests in February. (Get instructions for creating your account here on our website.)
  • Students: Counselors will guide you through the account setup process during their course request presentations. However, you are welcome to create your account beforehand using your hashtag password.

For the remainder of the 2024-25 school year, we will continue using PlusPortal for grades, attendance, and discipline. Blackbaud will only be used for course requests during this transition period.

The full transition to Blackbaud will take place once the current school year is finalized in June 2025. We will provide further instructions and updates at that time.
