Concert Band Competes at 32nd Annual Midwest Music Festival

(NEW LENOX) – On Saturday, February 24th the Providence Catholic Concert Band competed at the 32nd Annual Midwest Music Festival held at Lemont High School.

The band performed works by John Philip Sousa and John Mackey in class 2A and earned their third straight 1st Superior Rating at the contest. The ensemble also finished 3rd overall in their class. Concert Band performs again this week at the Northern Illinois University Concert Band Festival, sponsored by Phantom Regiment.
