Hello Girls Theatre Production Releases THIS WEEK!

The students have been working hard, and it’s almost showtime for The Hello Girls! Tickets are available on April 12 at https://provchs.booktix.com – $25 per household livestream per show.
Here is a short description of the show:
America’s new military is entering the Great War and, according to General Pershing, communication is key. Our telephone system is the best in the world as are the skilled, female telephone operators. Pursuing the unthinkable in 1917, Pershing orders the Army to recruit bilingual female operators. Grace Banker, Suzanne Prevot, Berthe Hunt, Helen Hill, Louise LeBreton and 227 other women broke the glass ceiling at a time when women could not even vote. The characters and events depicted in the show are real. The “Hello Girls” (as they became known) faced adversity not only from the Central Powers, but male soldiers and the restrictions of society. Their story unfolds in this 2018 musical written by Peter C. Mills and Cara Reichel. Fun, catchy songs highlight the historical journey of these courageous, young women.
