The Food Service staff is devoted to providing healthy, nutritional and tasty meals for our students and staff.
Breakfast items are available in the morning, beginning at 7:00 AM each day that school is in session.
Lunches are available for purchase every day, according to the school calendar. In addition to hot entrees, we also offer a fresh salads, Smuckers Uncrustables, fresh fruit and other snacks.
QuikLunch & PaySchoolsCentral
Providence Catholic students use the QuikLunch® Point of Sale Cash Register System in our cafeteria. Students use their student ID card to charge their lunch on their PaySchoolsCentral account. This system reduces time-consuming cash transactions and facilitates faster lunch lines.
Using PaySchoolsCentral, parents can log in at any time to make a deposit to their child’s account, view their child’s account balance, set up recurring deposits to their child’s account, set up e-mail notifications when their child’s account falls below a certain dollar amount, or request a report showing what the child has purchased on their account.
Even if you will always make deposits to your student’s account by check in our main office, you should still create a PaySchoolsCentral account. Having and account will enable you to monitor the account balance and see what your student has been purchasing.
Creating an Account
An email was sent on Wednesday, July 26 to the primary parent’s email address. That email contains your student’s unique ID#, which is necessary for creating your parent account on PaySchoolsCentral.com. Parents will receive a separate email for each PCHS student.
If you created a PaySchoolsCentral account last year, your account is still active. You may login to add any new students to your account, and check the account balances prior to the first day of classes.
- Cash and checks:
We will accept cash/checks in the main office of the school during the school day to add to your student’s account.
There is no fee for payment received thru the school by cash or check.
Please include your student’s name and ID number with the payment.
Payments received through the school will be posted to the student’s account the following day. Please keep this in mind when checking the account balance and adding funds.
- Online via Credit Card:
A 4.75% fee is assessed every time you add money to your student’s account using a credit card.
Parents can also deposit money to their student’s account using an ACH check; fee is $1.75 per check.
The fees are charged only when you add money to your child’s account via thePaySchoolsCentral.com website.
Payments processed before 9:00 PM ET should post to the student’s account the next morning.
If you have multiple children enrolled in PCHS, you can add money to each child’s account during the same transaction.
Transactions processed by PaySchoolsCentral.com are safe and secure using Secure Socket Link; SSL, technology with Digicert.
Technical support for PaySchoolsCentral is 877.393.6628. Please contact them directly for trouble with your account, registration, password, etc. PCHS personnel do not have access to your PaySchoolsCentral account information.
