Cor Unum Staff Nomination

Alumni are invited to nominate honorees for the Cor Unum Staff Award! To be eligible for nomination, the individual:

  • Must have been a full-time employee at Providence Catholic for 10 or more years.
  • Can be currently employed or retired.
  • Can be living or deceased.
  • Must have made a special impact while serving as a dedicated administrator, teacher, counselor, support staff, maintenance or a coach

To highlight the prestige of this award, a scholarship was established to accompany it.  Each year, Providence Catholic will contribute toward this scholarship, and it is our hope that the Providence Family will also donate in the name of the honoree.  This scholarship will be awarded to students based on financial need.

Nominations may be submitted online through this form between November and August.  All submissions will be reviewed by a selection committee to determine the next honoree.
