Donor Spotlight: The Hartman Family

For Kim and Kurt Hartman, supporting Providence Catholic High School is about more than making a donation. It is about investing in the academic, spiritual, and personal growth of students while helping ensure that future generations have the opportunity to experience the gift of Catholic education.

As proud parents of Providence Catholic students Katrina ’26 and Kara ’27, the Hartmans have witnessed firsthand the impact of an education rooted in faith, community, and Augustinian values.

“My husband Kurt and I always knew we would send our girls to Catholic school,” Kim shared. “A Catholic education is an essential part of preparing for life.”

For the Hartman family, the sacrifices that come with choosing Catholic education are far outweighed by the rewards of watching their daughters grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

Among Kim’s most cherished Providence memories are the all-school Masses, where students, faculty, staff, and families come together in faith.

“Mass is the best way to bring family members together,” she shared.

The Hartmans’ commitment to giving is inspired by their desire to preserve the traditions, values, and educational excellence that have shaped their daughters’ experiences.

“We want the academic and spiritual excellence to continue for future generations of Providence Celtics,” Kim explained.

Above all, Kim believes it is Providence Catholic’s Augustinian foundation that makes the school truly special.

“Truth, Unity, and Love,” she shared. “These are spiritual life skills needed for a successful life.”

Through their generosity, the Hartman family is helping ensure that the Providence Catholic experience continues to shape young lives, strengthen faith, and build friendships that last a lifetime.
