School Closed Friday March 3

Dear Providence Family, 

With tomorrow’s most recent forecast predicting rain followed by strong winds and snowfall of 5-8 inches (1-2 inches per hour), we are closing school for Friday, March 3rd.

The safety of our students is foremost in our decision.  We would have waited for more updated weather information before making this decision, but the complexity of the scheduled All-School Retreat Day tomorrow (involving out-of-the-building presenters and food orders) compels us to make this decision now and lean towards caution.

All after-school student activities are cancelled Friday, and our retreat will be rescheduled.

Enjoy the free day and three-day weekend.
