General Information
Softball is one of the many quality athletic programs for girls offered at Providence Catholic High School. The softball teams compete in the very competitive East Suburban Catholic Conference. We play many of the top teams in the state on a regular basis to challenge our student athletes against the very best competition. We have Freshmen, Sophomore and Varsity teams in the softball program.

The student athletes in the softball program receive quality instruction from a passionate and caring coaching staff. It is our mission to teach our athletes the importance of responsibility, accountability, hard work, self control, and team spirit. It is these qualities that will help them grow to be excellent individuals throughout their lives. At the same time, they will be instructed in the skills of the game to help them succeed on the field of play.

Many of our student athletes have continued their softball careers at the next level. The University of Arkansas, Olivet Nazarene University, Carthage College, Colgate University, Winona State University, are just a few of the schools that have benefited from the contributions of Providence Catholic alumni.
