Placement Exam
Thank you for your interest in Providence Catholic! Take the first step to becoming a Celtic! Register for the Make-up Placement Exams on December 13 or December 16, 2025 below.
If your child has an IEP/504 and receives learning accommodations, these documents are required to qualify for extended time on the Placement Exam. Please register for the Placement Exam and then email the supporting documents to Mrs. Ann Toutant, our Asst. Principal prior to the test.
Details regarding drop off, pickup, and all other information will be sent out the week of the exam. After your student is finished with the test, they will receive a packet containing information regarding next steps, important dates, and scholarship application information along with a PCHS sweatshirt. Please be sure to read the entire packet!
About the test:
- Bring two #2 pencils. No mechanical pencils.
- No calculators allowed.
- You can bring your phone, but it must be turned off during the exam.
- There will be a break halfway through the test. Snacks will be provided.
- Test will take approximately 3 ½ hours.
There is a $25 fee to register for the Placement Exam.
If you have any other questions or cannot attend the PCHS Placement Exam, please contact the Enrollment Office before the test.
