Speak Up Line and Email

Providence Catholic High School places a priority on relationships built with students, and we value information provided to keep our students and school safe. To that end, we encourage students and parents to report information that can improve safety for our school community.

The PCHS Speak Up Line has been created to report concerns by phone or email. Whether the issue is self-harm, bullying, substance abuse, or threats to school safety, the PCHS Speak Up Line is a convenient and anonymous way to report problems or concerns.

The PCHS Speak Up Line & Email box will be monitored on a regular basis by the administration and will respect anonymity for those using the Speak Up services in good faith. The administration will investigate reports and assess their validity. Information confirmed as sincere and accurate will be handled accordingly and may include contacting the student and parents/guardians or other resources as needed. If intentionally malicious or fictitious claims are submitted, or there exists a threat of imminent harm, the administration will take measures to determine the identity of those involved.

If information is submitted anonymously, we will investigate and act upon information, but will not be able to reply to or follow up with the source of the information. If the person submitting information wants a response, name and contact information are necessary and will be kept confidential as much as possible.

Information submitted to the PCHS Speak Up Line & Email box will be reviewed during school attendance days and hours. Submissions on non-school days may not be accessed until the next attendance day. If your PCHS Speak Up Line report is an immediate emergency, please call 911.
