The Food Service staff is devoted to providing healthy, nutritional and tasty meals for our students and staff.
Breakfast items are available in the morning, beginning at 7:00 AM each day that school is in session. Lunches are available for purchase every day, according to the school calendar. In addition to hot entrees, we also offer a fresh salads, Smuckers Uncrustables, fresh fruit and other snacks.

Providence Catholic students use the their student ID cards in the Student Commons & Spirit Shop to charge their breakfast and lunch purchases on their PaySchoolsCentral account. This system is healthier, reduces time-consuming cash transactions and facilitates faster lunch lines. Parents know that students will have the ability to pay for their meal.
ALL students will be required to use their ID cards for food purchases. Cash payments at the cashier will not be accepted.
Students’ meal accounts are managed online by parents using PaySchoolsCentral. Parents can log in at any time to make a deposit to their child’s account, view their child’s account balance, set up recurring deposits to their child’s account, set up e-mail notifications when their child’s account falls below a certain dollar amount, or request a report showing what the child has purchased on their account.
Creating an Account
New students: In the second half of June, we email each new student’s parents with the student’s unique ID#, which is necessary for creating your parent account on PaySchoolsCentral.com. Parents will receive a separate email for each PCHS student.
Accounts created last year are still active. Parents should login to add any new students to their account, and check the account balances prior to the first day of classes.
Making Account Deposits
There are multiple ways to make deposits:
- Cash and checks are accepted in the school main office. There is no fee for payment received via this method.
Please be sure to include your student’s name and ID number (beginning with 8280) with the payment. Payments received through the school before 8:00 AM will be posted to the student’s account the same day. Please keep this in mind when checking the account balance and adding funds.
- Login to PaySchoolsCentral.com and
- make a deposit using credit card. There is a 4.75% fee every time you use this method.
- make a deposit using an ACH check. The fee is $1.75 per ACH check.
Payments processed before 8:00 PM will post to the student’s account the next morning.
If you have multiple children enrolled in PCHS, you can add money to each child’s account during the same transaction.
Even if you will always make deposits to your student’s account by check in our main office, you should still create a PaySchoolsCentral account. Having and account will enable you to monitor the account balance and see what your student has been purchasing.
